With over 20 years of experience as a musician, teacher, and music director, I've spent my life leading teams, building worship environments, and developing musicians at every level. I know what it's like to balance the spiritual, creative, and technical sides of worship - and how overwhelming that can feel without the right guidance.

               

   I coach worship leaders to lead with confidence, build strong and healthy teams, and create worship experiences that are both meaningful and well-executed. Whether it's understanding music theory, organizing a band, running rehearsals, or navigating technology, I help make complex things simple and practical.
  Serving currently as a music director at 3Circle Church Fairhope and teaching at the University of Mobile, I train and mentor musicians and leaders every day, bringing real-world experience from years of touring, producing, and leading in churches of different sizes and styles.
